Saying he has met Andrew, whose health has much improved. His travels and the scenery. He trusts Phemy is already at home. The Ruskins "would be most sorry to part with her for she is a very great favorite." She is already far in advance of her old Perth schoolmates and should now make "an agreeable companion" for her mother and "be of service to her little sisters."
